Rubber accelerator refers to rubber vulcanization accelerator. Rubber vulcanization mainly uses sulfur to carry out, but sulfur
and rubber reaction is very slow, so vulcanization accelerator arises. The accelerant added to the compound can promote the
activation of vulcanizing agent, so as to accelerate the crosslinking reaction between vulcanizing agent and rubber molecules, to
shorten the vulcanizing time and reduce the vulcanizing temperature effect. The main use of vulcanization accelerator according to
the chemical structure of the main sub-sulfonamide, thiazole, thiuram class, and part of guanidine, thiour ea and dithiocarbamate
class. Among them, secondary sulfonamides have the best comprehensive performance and are the most widely used.
